The program aims to give students deep systemic knowledge and develop practical skills following the international principles of dental education, to acquire clinical and research skills in the field of dentistry, and to prepare relevant education for ongoing learning and development to become a professional.
The learning process, along with theoretical teaching, is focused on developing practical skills. The student performs practically all the manipulations on the phantom provided by the program. This method of teaching is safe. The student has the opportunity to perform any manipulation or procedure on the phantom several times and then treat the patient under the supervision of a professor or lecturer. The university has its own dental clinic, which provides more opportunities for practical work.

In the initial years of dental study, students focus on understanding the foundation of medical and dental sciences. Courses often include:
Anatomy: Study of human body structure, with emphasis on head and neck anatomy.
Physiology: Understanding how the human body functions and how it interacts with the environment.
Biochemistry: The study of chemical processes within and related to living organisms.
Microbiology: Focus on the study of microorganisms, bacteria, and viruses that impact oral health.
Histology: The study of tissues, focusing on the tissues of the teeth, gums, and oral cavity.
Pharmacology: Understanding the drugs used in dentistry, including anesthesia and antibiotics.
Dental Materials: Study of the materials used in dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, and dentures.
During these years, students begin applying their theoretical knowledge in practical settings and start clinical work under supervision. Courses typically include:
Oral Pathology: Study of diseases that affect the oral cavity, such as tumors, infections, and other disorders.
Periodontology: Study of gum disease and treatment of periodontal (gum) conditions.
Restorative Dentistry: Focus on restoring teeth that have been damaged by decay or injury (fillings, crowns, etc.).
Operative Dentistry: Techniques for managing and repairing teeth using various dental instruments and procedures.
Orthodontics: Introduction to the field of aligning teeth and jaws through braces and other treatments.
Pediatric Dentistry: Focus on the dental care and treatments of children.
Oral Surgery: Basic understanding and practice of surgical procedures related to oral health, such as tooth extractions.
Anesthesia in Dentistry: Learning the techniques for providing local anesthesia to patients during dental treatments.
In the final years of the program, students are expected to work more independently while being closely supervised by experienced dentists and faculty. This period focuses on the development of advanced clinical skills:
Prosthodontics: The study and practice of replacing missing teeth with artificial ones (dentures, crowns, bridges).
Oral Surgery and Implantology: Advanced procedures in oral surgery, including dental implants and complex extractions.
Endodontics: Study of root canal therapy and treatment of diseases affecting the tooth pulp.
Cosmetic Dentistry: Focusing on improving the appearance of teeth, including whitening, veneers, and smile design.
Geriatric Dentistry: Focus on the unique dental needs of elderly patients.
Clinical Rotations: Hands-on training in a clinical setting, where students treat patients under the supervision of licensed dental professionals.
Additional Areas of Study
Dental Ethics and Law: Education on the professional and legal responsibilities of a dentist.
Oral Health Education: Teaching patients about preventive care and maintaining oral hygiene.
Research: Encouragement to engage in dental research, presenting findings, and contributing to the scientific community.
Program Benefits
The program seeks to equip students with comprehensive systemic knowledge and practical skills in line with international dental education principles, as well as to develop clinical and research skills in the field of dentistry and to prepare them for future learning and professional development. The development of practical abilities is the main goal of both the learning process and theoretical instruction. Almost every manipulation that the program offers the ghost is carried out by the pupil. This teaching approach is secure. Under the guidance of a professor or lecturer, the student can manipulate or operate on the phantom multiple times before treating the patient. There are greater chances for hands-on work because the university has its own dental clinic.
