As a mechanical engineer, you will learn how not to rely on the way things have been done before and to think independently to create new solutions to problems. A BEng in Mechanical Engineering gives you the tools to make an impact to real-life problems.The BEng Mechanical Engineering prepares you for a variety of careers in engineering, technology, business and management – in Denmark or abroad. You will be able to work as a project manager, development engineer, product developer or with the design of machines and plants. You can, for example, work with the development and construction of everything from large plants to products and production equipment in various industries such as the pharmaceutical industry, the wind turbine industry, offshore, power plants, food production or refrigeration industry.
Eligibility Requirements
- To be eligible for admission, you must hold a qualifying upper secondary school degree, and you must have passed the following courses:
English level B
Mathematics level A
- As well as one of the following course combinations:
Physics level B and Chemistry level C
Physics level B and Biotechnology level A
Geoscience level A and Chemistry level C
Geoscience level A and Biotechnology level A
English Language Proficiency
Applicants can also demonstrate English proficiency with a TOEFL score of 88 or higher, or a C1 Advanced (CAE) or C2 Proficiency (CPE) certificate
Applicants from the European Union or the EEA can demonstrate English proficiency at the B level
Applicants must document their English skills using the Language Requirement Form, which is signed by both the applicant and their home university.
