Academic credentials

Candidates must have graduated from an internationally renowned university with a bachelor's degree that is comparable to a Danish bachelor's degree.

Proficiency in English

Candidates must exhibit English language skills equivalent to a Danish upper secondary school English B-level. Cambridge, TOEFL, and IELTS are among the English proficiency tests that DTU accepts.

Scholarly papers

Both the original language and a certified English translation of the applicant's final diploma and transcript of records must be submitted.

Scholarship

Through its esteemed grant program for educational exchange, Fulbright Denmark promotes cross-cultural understanding.
Student can apply for a Fulbright scholarship for a full academic year of study and/or research in Denmark if he/she are an international student or a postgraduate student at the master's or doctoral level.
Danish universities receive a limited number of government scholarships each year to fund highly qualified full-degree students from non-EU/EEA countries and Switzerland.
The Danish State Educational Support (SU) is generally only awarded to Danish residents. As an international student you may, however, apply for equal status in so far as the state educational support is concerned.
The scholarships are administered by the Danish universities, who each select the students, who are awarded with a scholarship.
